SOLM CORE VALUES
· SOLM’s staff and partners will operate with Respect for all individuals and cultures—For God shows no partiality (Romans 2:11). Honor everyone (1 Peter 2:17a).
· SOLM’s vision and mission will seek to share Compassion for the vulnerable in society—But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth (1 John 3:17-18).
· SOLM will incorporate policies and procedures that foster a culture of Accountability for all of its operations and those of its partners—Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another (Prov 27:17).
· SOLM will foster a spirit of Collaboration with all stakeholders to achieve a common goal—I have become all things to all people, that by all means I might save some (1 Corinthians 9:22b).
· SOLM and its partners will seek Transparency & Honesty in all their activities—For we aim at what is honorable not only in the Lord's sight but also in the sight of man (2 Corinthians 8:21).
· SOLM and its partners will seek to address issues and challenges through the use of Innovation—To Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or thin, according to the power at work within us (Ephesians 3:20).
